10 Tenets of Feminine Leadership

Leading in alignment with our feminine energy allows us as women to be in our full power, and in flow with our natural rhythms.

We do not come across as overly feminine or overly masculine, we are authentic and true to ourselves having found that delicious balance that ensures we gain the results without sacrificing ourselves or our teams. Our whole business profits beyond the dollar, I’d even say beyond the magical ‘triple bottom line’ of people, profit & planet.

The basic tenets of the feminine leadership model are (in no particular order):

  1. Work on purpose, work with joy

  2. Nurture connected relationships

  3. Accept 100% accountability

  4. Seek creativity, and co-creative opportunities

  5. Balance flow with action

  6. Listen deeply, communicate consciously and authentically

  7. Live gently with Mumma Nature

  8. Guided by intuition

  9. Transmute pain into power

  10. Abundant and attract wealth
